Then last eveninng we had to keep an appointment drivinng around 6:00 it started coming so hard we could only creep along and then it was hail mixed with rain. The snow was coming down so hard I got my 84 year old wife (I'm only 82)to bundle up and go walking with me for a good 1.5 miles on two steep hills. We got along fine. We grew up in Ohio and Pa. and taught in Michigan many years. Anyhow the temp has gone from 36F to 37F and the snowing has changed into a light rain. One degree seems to make a big difference. Anyhow I have failed with all you instructions to sucessfully report below. I had everything filled out but the melted amount. I will give a report on the melted in my gage tomorrow however. Oh! I just looked out and it is snowing hard again at 2:05 |

At this pint our snow storm has not developed into what we thought it might. We recorded a low of 33.4 and it is 36F now with the snow on the ground very wet and slushy. I meassured a total of 2,3/4 inches yesterday and still haave a wet 1.1/2 inch now. I am surprised at the amounted of melted snow I just melted in my gaage.
