It is very difficult to measure the snow that fell yesterday. We had about 1 1/2 inches that actually stayed on the ground. Mother nature had a lot of fun with us, first the sun would shine and then it would snow almost like a white out but it melted as soon as it hit the ground. Then the sun would shine for a few minutes again. This is the way the entire day went. Now the cold has returned. it is 13.2 degrees F this morning. |

I'm back. Spring is here and I have awakened early again. The weather is very dry and the fires have started to burn. Many grass fires in the area this spring. We need to warn people to be more careful. |
