It was raining at obs time yesterday through about 9am, tallying 0.16". While I was out & about yesterday afternoon, a handful of fat raindrops fell on my car windshield in N. Peru at about 3:30, a few more about a mile W of Spring Valley at 3:45, a couple more in downtown Spring Valley at 4, and a decent little thunder shower in S. La Salle at 4:07. Between 4:10pm and 4:30pm, the gauge at my station collected an additional 0.03". Clear sky at obs time this a.m. |
