A very windy day yesterday afternoon and evening with 2 rounds of brief but heavy rain events. The first coming in from 5:15p - 5:26p with .10 inches. The second, from 7:44p - 8:13p left an additional .07 inches, for a total of .17 inches. This morning is much calmer and cooler conditions with winds out of the West at 2 mph, temp is 48.8f, RH 87%, and a rising barometer at 29.76. The pressure dropped yesterday evening to a low of 29.52 inHg. Skies are mostly cloudy. There were some smaller branches, approximately 2" in diameter, that were broken off from trees in this area. No flooding was observed. |
