Cold and snowy this morning. We have about an inch on the ground;however blowing around so hard to tell how much. Wind out of the northeast, rather hard. temp around 7 degrees. It is forcast to snow all day. highway travel is not advised mostly because of visability. |

Thurs.after;noon and night through Friday to 6 PM I had an acumulation of 3.50 inches of snow. Moisture from that snow measured .28 hundredths. Light breeze from North all day Friday. Sat morning -8 degrees with another 1.5 inches of snow, bringing it to 5.0 inches in all. No wind this morning, but blew during the night. Not enough snow in gauge to measure. |

No new snow today.The wind melted most and the temp is up in the 40's today. I just collected the snow yesterday which was around 1 and 1/2 inches and forgot to rport moisture content; so putting it in today. It is clouding over this morning but no storms as yet |

This morning is windy with mild temps. of 35 at 8:00 am. Cloud cover with possible snow later. The last few days have been calm, however the usual wind continuing. Temps got up to almost 60 yesterday. My computer has been unreliable with no ability to use the e-mail or get into CoCoRaHS. Very frustrating. Will try to improve things for the coming week. |

We had around 1 inch of snow sometime during the night. I melted down the amount in the gage; however I could not seem to get it registered in the report. It has been mostly clear with slight wind and temps in the high thirtys most of the day. most of the snow has melted off. |

Yesterday I dumped 1" from the rain gauge, which was the 24 hr. amount. This morning another .35 in it and still raining. Thank the Lord for this wonderful needed moisture. Quite breezy today with complete cloud cover. Temp in the 50's so have to keep the fireplace going.

I need to report the amount of rainfall late this afternoon during the Thunder storm. It came down in a hurry and water ran rapidly by my house; however I thought it would measure more. It is calm now with some clouds still visable. We didn't get any hail and I think the storm is over for this evening. |

Yesterday was a brutal one, with huge storm clouds in the afternoon. I had .73 moisture in the gauge after the 6pm storm. tornado warnings but none sighted. Had huge hailstones size of a quarter for about 15 minutes; then smaller; about dime size, which continued about another 45 min. Heavy rain for an hour or so. Storm cleared up for a few hours, then started up again after dark, which added another .23 in the gauge this morning. the last 24 hours produced .96 moisture. Hard west wind this morning with a temp of 53 degrees. Scattered clouds in a blue sky. Reports of storms being cleared for the rest of today. |

Heavy rain started here about 4:pm.Steady rain with hard wind gusts of 60-70 mph. Broke many branches out of trees. Blew some metal siding off the front of my garage. Some small hail towards the end of the rain storm. Lasted for 45 minutes. Rain gauge measured .47 inches My web will not allow me to put in amount of rain in gauge) |

During the last 24 hrs. I had .18 precip in the rain gauge. Small thunder storms during evening and night time hours. I also found a large chunk broken out of the top cup of my gauge, so it must have happened during one of those storms. This morning it has been hazy; misty. Still cloudy overcast with temps in the high 50's and now up to 60 degrees. |
