The measurements of snow are very iffy the wind has been blowing the snow into big drifts. I just melted what was in the tube!! cloudy and still snowing with the wind out of the N at 17 MPH and the temperature is 12 degrees. have swept my board off for tomorrow and the N wind should help me get accurate snow measurements. |

the storm has blown over and the over night low was 21.5 below. at the present time have winds out of the NW at 7.6 MPH partly cloudy sky and a temperature of 18 below. the wind and the snow came about the same time and it is impossible to know the amount of snow that did fall. sunny with very heavy dew, N wind at 6 MPH and 59 degrees. 2 heavy showers gave us the moisture one about noon and one a bit later. lots of lightening and it took out a power pole and transformer, out of power all afternoon. |
