There seemed to be even more significant rain higher up, to the west, within our watershed, as the Middle Percha Creek flooded severely, even before rain began to fall in Kingston. The flood scoured the creek to bedrock in some places, girdled and uprooted trees, and overflowed several bridges downstream.
