Fell on slippery sidewalk in front of house, minor injuries to my knees and hands, I survived. Difficulties in getting up off the ground, one of the reasons I have a real fear of falling. Luckily by midnight obs the rain had washed away a lot of the iciness and I was able to safely get out in the backyard and retrieve/replace my rain gauge - easier reading it by bringing it inside. Still had some snow in the mixture, used warm water to speed up the measurement process. |
