mostly clear blowing snow WNW @ 22-28, hum. 62%, +8 @ 8am, Hard to tell the correct amount of snow fall with winds 25-45 mph yesterday and still blowing 22-28 this morning I have bare ground and drifts 8-12inches in my yard. I am not sure if the snow in the protected areas is correct amount of new or snow dropped as it came passed the trees and wind velocity dropped thereby dropping the snow it was carrying. |

Sat. evening it became foggy mist and light snow, a lot of fog and mist on the trees all white and drooping, just a trace of snow. The last 3 days the temp. has reached the low to mid 30's with sun, melting and compacting the snow. |

Blizzard this morning, wind WNW @ 31mph, Hum. 98%, +9 @ 8am. It started raining at 11am 12/25 was 34 degrees at that time at 11pm I changed the outer cylinder it had 2 inches of snow along with ice measuring 1.48 precipitation at 11pm it was 30 degrees, there was 1/2 inch of ice on the outside of the cylinder. 8am 12/26 I changed them again and had 1 inch of snow amounting to 0.12 precipitation. I will have to get a better total of snow depth but my measurement this morning was 3.5 inches of new snow. |

Kulm has a Great weekend going celebrating the 125th.
Kulm has had the Great opportunity of showing that all can live together. Kulm was settled by Germans, Swedes, Norwegians and Polish, there are now 350 people living in kulm and about the same in the surrounding area, with this weekend near 5000 former residents, children with mixed families here for 3 days of celebrating our the past, present and future and the joys and hardship we have all endured. IT IS A GREAT WEEKEND IN KULM NORTH DAKOTA TO CELABRATE THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE AND ALSO TO BE FROM AND MOST OF ALL TO HAVE HAD THE PRIVILAGE OF GROWING IN A CITYU THAT HAS A HEART. |
