Difficult storm to deal with, both to measure well and to plan driveway clearing. It's hard to piece the story together, but snow likely started at 0400 when the temperature started falling from 36F. That bottomed out around 0500 (33F) with a change in wind direction from east to northwest. Warming starting at 0600 may mark the transition to rain. Or something like that.
