Flooding unusual but not serious at our elevation. Attempting to go to town last evening, I found one location with state highway flooding that I was unwilling to cross and the alternate route (also a state highway had a "lake" across the north-bound lane and I drove in the oncoming lane for about a quarter of a mile. Both locations had drained away by the time I came home, though the alternate route was blocked by a downed tree and live electric wires. |
