Yesterday was hot and so dry. By 10 am smoke drifted in and by afternoon the mountains were totally obscured. We could see smoke drifting in the tree tops and could smell smoke at times during the day.

It was not quite as hot yesterday but the haze and air quality were worse. Heavy smoke in the area which eased after sunset. The trees are really stressed many just looking wilted at the end of the day. Leaves are turning yellow and falling. |

Finally! Yesterday began hot and hazy. Late afternoon clouds moved in and it began to rain over the mountains and moved along the mountains as it has been done for every storm this month. Yesterday the rain began to move this direction and it actually rained here. |

Monday was a hot, uncomfortable day. The morning began with sunshine and clear skies, but quickly changed to smoky, and hot. At the day progressed we couldn't see the mountains and the smoke was heavy in the surrounding trees. Last night about 11:30 heard light rain falling. This morning it is wet with snow on the roof and leaves. Hard surfaces are wet. |

It began to snow here shortly after reporting time. It snowed most of the day at times slowing to a mist other times it was difficult to see across the street due to heavy snow fall. Due to Monday's high temps the streets remain clear but grassy areas are snow covered. No tree damage in ths area. |
