7/15/2020 11:59 PM 1.26 M M M M Strong sea breeze storm triggered via an outflow boundary collided w/ the Atlantic breeze. Regional PWATS at or over 2" allowed excellent precip loading for cells as they tracked into the Gulf

8/2/2020 11:59 PM 0.17 M M M M Brief but torrential downpours occurred at our location w/ outer rain bands from TS Iasias approaching SE FL. Dry air will begin to filter down across the western side of the cyclone during the early wk lowering our rain chances.
8/7/2020 11:59 PM 0.34 M M M M Sea breeze storms at the usual hr.
8/13/2020 11:59 PM 1.84 M M M M Strong storms made their way thru our region as the Atlantic breeze arrived late.

8/20/2020 11:59 PM 4.06 M M M M Numerous to widespread sea breeze thunderstorms moved very slowly thru our location today. Torrential rain via PWATs @ 2+" for convective filling were in place w/in a very tropical environment.

9/15/2020 11:59 PM 0.57 M M M M Pockets of scattered showers/storms from remnants of Hurricane Sally continue to cross our location from SW/NE w/in a very tropical environment.
9/17/2020 11:59 PM 1.07 M M M M Remnants of Sally continue to cross from SW/NE as Sally moves northward across the Deep South. A cold front w/ drier air is projected to push south of our region bringing slightly cooler thou much drier air & push out the tropical air mass that has been holding over our area forever.
9/26/2020 11:59 PM 0.22 M M M M Rich PWATs, mixed w/ decent CAPE & sea breeze collisions allowed for brief but heavy tropical downpours this afternoon. More of the same tomorrow as TS Beta's moisture spread across the FL peninsula
