There were several periods of moderate rain throughout, punctuated by brief heavy downbursts. I did see street flooding yesterday while driving to and from Lizana, as well as standing water on our very sandy, sloping property. The creeks we drove over had visibly risen over a 3 hour period yesterday as well. |
