Outer band from Isaias arrived and light rain began at 11 am. The rainband extended from Columbia SC to Kitty Hawk NC on the Outer Banks. The rain became heavy at 11:20, reaching 0.9 inches by 11:35 - a rate of 3.5" p/hour. Lighter but steady rain at 11:40 until 1. Heavy rain set in again at 1:15 as part of another band but became lighter rain at 1:22, stopping at 2:18. Intermittent sunshine came out at 3:40. Light rain resumed at 7 and lasted about an hour |
