Revision: Ground is not frozen to at least 6 inches (inserted my iron bar in previously snow covered ground. 1.03 total storm accumulation at 9:30 AM differs from CoCoRAHs report. Now reporting minor (typical) Street or field flooding. Saturday morning routine took me past drainage retention pond, which had higher water level. Low spots in slightly rolling field which had higher water level. Low spots in level fields which retained water during wettest periods, and dammed pond which had an increased water level. |
