These has been considerable street flooding and rivers are really high. No serious areal flooding in our immediate community, but street flooding has been more serious. We live a few blocks from a downtown fire station and on a hillside from which we can observe traffic. The sound of sirens was almost constant yesterday and last evening--presumably at least some of the activity due to flooding emergencies and weather-related accidents on the freeway.
