10/9 a nice day, with rapidly dropping temps during late afternoon. 54 in Scottsbluff about 2:30PM, and 38 upon arrival home about 1 1/2 hours later. Cold wind both places. As normal, snow depth varies, was not snowing at 6AM, temp of 19, but snowing again and 20. Outside animals think because there is snow they need some of the new hay. They are out of luck this storm. |
